International Food and Resource Economics
This specialization provides a broad background in international economics, international marketing, global agriculture, and international trade and policy. Students will learn to develop an understanding of how culture impacts the agricultural industry and food consumption in different regions of the world, critically assess agricultural policy formation and analysis, and analyze the components of international agribusiness markets.
