I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Food and Resource Economics Department at the University of Florida. I earned my B.S. in International Economics from Weber State University in 2015, and subsequently completed a Ph.D. in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023.

  • Research

My primary research interests lie in the fields of applied microeconomics, industrial organization, and experimental economics. I am particularly motivated to investigate various market inefficiencies arising from information asymmetry and seller misbehaviors (e.g., overtreatment and the exercise of market power), and to explore potential remedies to improve market performance.

My current research focuses on how food labeling policies influence seller strategies, buyer purchasing behavior, and market efficiency.
