Professor Andrew Schmitz is the Ben Hill Griffin, Jr., Eminent Scholar and Professor of Food and Resource Economics, University of Florida; Research Professor, University of California, Berkeley; and Adjunct Professor, University of Saskatchewan.

      • Areas of specialization include international trade, agricultural policy, and benefit-cost analysis.
      • Three endowed chairs: Van Vliet Endowed Chair (University of Saskatchewan); Robinson Endowed Chair (University of California, Berkeley); Ben Hill Griffin Endowed Chair (University of Florida).
