April 7th - Clay ranch tour & Blueberry u-pick

- A great opportunity to visit an agritourism operation and talk with the owner/operator Chance Clay. We will visit the blueberry farm to discuss retail/u-pick markets and the ranch which is commercial beef production.
- Bring lunch for a picnic at the ranch! We will also have the opportunity to pick blueberries and shop for blueberry goodies at the ranch!
- A carpool from Gainesville will be available.
May 8th - Florida Ag Policy Outlook Conference

- This conference (hosted by the Food and Resource Economics Department) examines critical policy issues facing Florida agribusiness leaders & explores valuable economic insights for making informed decisions.
- A great opportunity to learn from and network with key players in Florida agricultural policy.
- Featuring a graduate student poster competition (details to be announced).

July 18th - MAB Gathering and Presentations

- Students are highly encouraged to present their final capstone presentations in-person at this event. This event acts as a culmination of the program, where students and faculty will gather together and receive an audience for their capstone and recognition for their hard work.

- For more than 15 years, the Florida Ag Expo has provided specialty crop growers with the opportunity to gather and network with their peers while learning about the latest research on fruit and vegetable production.
