Spotlight on Florida Citrus

Sunshine State Citrus

It's impossible to think about Florida Agriculture without thinking about Florida citrus. The Sunshine State is known for its wide variety of citrus fruits, including oranges, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, limes, and kumquats.

Florida harvested nearly 300,000 acres of citrus crops in 2023.

When considering multiplier effects, Florida’s citrus growers support $1.43 billion in sales revenue and 13,065 jobs throughout the state’s economy.
