Younghyeon Jeon
Postdoctoral Associate
Dr. Jeon is a postdoctoral research associate at Mid-Florida and Education Center. She received her Ph.D. degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Her dissertation focused on demand systems in the US and globally, using economic theory and applied econometrics.
Her research interests are closely aligned with demand and price analysis, consumer behavior, and applied econometrics. She is currently working on estimating consumer preferences for Florida-grown agricultural products using survey and eye-tracking methods.
